Trendpop for Slack

Install the Trendpop app to share and get notified on TikTok metrics that matter to you right from your Slack workspace.

❗️Note: The notification setting is only offered to customers with catalog(s). If you are interested in our catalog feature, please talk to your account manager.

Install the Trendpop app to Slack

To use the Trendpop app in Slack, you can download the Trendpop app directly from the Slack app directory. To install, simply:

1. Visit the Trendpop Slack app page in the app directory
2. Click Add to Slack
3. Click Add Trendpop app
4. Select Allow
5. Click Authenticate your Trendpop account
6. Go to Notification Settings, select Connect to Slack
7. Click Allow

💡 Tip: Workspace Owners and Admins can install the Trendpop App from the integration setting, and add the app to workspaces that need access to it from the notification setting

Connect your Trendpop account

For Trendpop users to use the Trendpop app within Slack, your Trendpop admin can connect your Slack Workspace to Trendpop. Select Notifications under For me, click Connect to Slack and follow the prompts.

Manage Trendpop notifications

When you connect your Slack Workspace to Trendpop, you can create one or multiple notifications to different channels, and you can enable or disable Trendpop app notifications at any time.

To manage notifications for specific files:

1. Select Notifications from the left sidebar. If you don't see this option, click For me to see more menu options
2. Under the Workspace Notifications section, toggle the notification On or Off.

Disconnect your account

If you no longer want to use Trendpop in Slack, you can disconnect your account at any time. This will not uninstall the app from your workspace. To do so:

1. Select Notifications from the top of the left sidebar. If you don't see this option, click For me to find it
2. Click Disconnect next to the Slack connection
